This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Springfield, Florida.

The Housing Authority of Springfield (HAS) last accepted Elderly or Disabled Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from April 17, 2024, until 250 applications were accepted. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HAS "Waiting list is for the HCV/Section 8 program for: Elderly (62 or older), Handicap and Disabled (Must be the head of household if applying as elderly or disabled on this day) If you apply on this date and are not elderly, disabled or handicap, your application will be denied."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

250 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
